Leadership
The people behind Brilliqs.
My journey with technology started long before Synthesys. Back in 1997, fresh out of my Computer Engineering degree, I was fascinated by how a few lines of code could transform the way a business worked. Over the years working with organizations in the US and India and earning my Master’s in Computer Science from the University of North Texas I realized something important: technology only matters when it actually makes life easier for the people using it. That belief led me to start Synthesys Solutions. The name itself is a fusion of “synthesis” and “systems”reflecting my vision to create solutions where different technologies come together seamlessly to form robust, lasting systems for clients. I wanted to build more than just software. I wanted to build systems that last solutions that don’t just launch but continue delivering value years down the line. Over two decades later, we’re still driven by that same purpose: helping enterprises and institutions solve real problems with technology that’s reliable, scalable, and built to last. At Synthesys, I work closely with CIOs, IT leaders, and decision-makers to ensure the solutions we deliver do three things: 01. Align with actual business goals. 02. Stay reliable and adaptable long after deployment. 03. Create real, measurable outcomes for organizations and the people they serve. For me, every project is personal. It’s not just about timelines or code; it’s about trust. When a client chooses us, I see it as a responsibility to deliver something that reflects our integrity and expertise. If you’re looking for a technology partner who combines depth of technical knowledge with a people-first approach, I’d be glad to connect.
Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Synthesys Solutions, I bring a unique blend of technical leadership, product strategy, and operational execution to drive business outcomes and scalable growth. With a background spanning Java and Salesforce development, technical and product management, and over 5 years of agile delivery as a Scrum Master, I’ve built and led high-performing teams that deliver enterprise-grade software with precision and impact. My career journey has evolved from hands-on coding and architecture to leading cross-functional teams, mentoring talent, and aligning technology with business goals. I’m passionate about building cultures of excellence, where knowledge-sharing, innovation, and continuous improvement are the norm not the exception. What sets me apart is my ability to operate at both strategic and technical levels: whether it's defining product roadmaps, streamlining delivery processes, mentoring engineering teams, or driving customer-centric innovation. Mentorship and coaching remain central to my leadership philosophy. I strongly believe that the best organizations are built by empowering people and I invest deeply in helping individuals and teams realize their full potential. Always open to meaningful conversations around tech-enabled growth, agile leadership, digital product delivery, and scaling engineering organizations. Let’s connect and collaborate.
For the past 25 years, I’ve worked at the intersection of sales, marketing, and business strategy. My job is essentially to look at a company's growth bottlenecks, untangle the mess, and build a clear path forward. I don’t believe in rigid corporate playbooks; instead, I focus on understanding what actually motivates people, using NLP principles to keep teams aligned and moving in the same direction. Mostly, I help businesses fix disconnected sales and marketing efforts so revenue can grow steadily. I bring a mix of straight talk, clear strategy, and a bit of humor to my work, because building a business is hard enough, it shouldn't be boring.
While many chase after data science trends, I build the strong base that makes it all possible. I create the systems that turn raw data into useful insights for businesses. My journey took shape while building large database systems that let users dig deep into massive amounts of information. One of my proudest moments was in a factory project where my straightforward data solution cut waste significantly showing that sometimes the simplest fix works best. I lead teams like a lighthouse—giving clear direction while letting people find their own way to solutions. We take time to understand how each team member thinks and works, then help them see complex problems in simpler terms. I've worked across many business areas—from factories to finance—and want to expand into healthcare and banking. I call myself a "specialist generalist" because I learn the basics of each industry while applying deep data knowledge. I don't believe in "if it's not broken, don't fix it." Instead, I carefully test improvements on working systems to find hidden benefits without risking what already works well. Looking ahead, I believe data engineering skills will soon be as in-demand as computer programming and data science are today. Companies that build strong data foundations now will stay ahead as technology changes. My guiding belief is simple: stay open to new ideas and never settle for "good enough." In my field, playing it safe often means falling behind. I create data systems that can grow and change while staying reliable—turning overwhelming information into business advantage.
